This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are looking to start or advance their careers in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face assistance to taxpayers, answering questions and resolving account concerns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to incoming phone inquiries related to tax accounts, payments, and general information, delivering courteous and professional service.
- Process tax forms accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper posting of payments to the correct accounts.
- Maintain a high level of work quality by completing tasks in a timely manner and adhering to company standards.
- Assist in training new team members during initial onboarding and ongoing support phases.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic in-office training rotations and adapt to hybrid work arrangements after initial training.
- Competitive pay rate of $14.00 per hour, with additional monthly incentive opportunities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) employees can earn an extra 50 cents per hour.
