Summary of Position:
Assists the University College Dean's Office with various daily administrative tasks and special projects. Applicants should have previous MS Office experience and the ability to work independently or with limited supervision, completing tasks or projects on time and according to guidelines set forth by the Dean's Office.

Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two semesters previous experience in an office environment and possess knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills. Other duties and special projects may be assigned as necessary. Must be willing to learn additional software such as Banner, Navigate, Faculty Success, SpringShare, Planon, and other titles as necessary. Additional experience in accounting is preferred. Successful candidates will have the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
*General office duties including data entry, filing, word processing, scanning, email, and photocopying. *Perform minor accounting functions as directed.
