Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a commercial real estate organization to locate their next Property Manager.
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $100,000- $130,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What will your day look like?
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, ensuring responsive communication and strong relationship management
- Property Operations Oversight: Manage maintenance, service requests, and operational workflows to ensure optimal building performance
- Financial & Performance Tracking: Monitor budgets, variances, and property performance while partnering with accounting and lease administration teams
Who are you?
- Commercial Property Professional: Experience in commercial property management, ideally within an owner-occupied environment
- Relationship-Driven Operator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-touch client relationships effectively
- Operationally & Financially Aware: Comfortable with budgeting concepts, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional property operations
