Position Summary:
McCluer High School is seeking staff members to serve as Class Sponsors for each grade level. Class Sponsors provide guidance, support, and leadership to their assigned class, helping organize activities, events, and traditions that enhance the high school experience.Responsibilities:
Serve as a mentor and point of contact for students in the assigned grade.
Assist with planning and organizing class events, including dances, fundraisers, and senior activities.
Promote school spirit, community engagement, and positive student behavior.
Support students in academic and extracurricular endeavors when needed.
Attend class meetings, events, and activities to provide supervision and guidance.
Collaborate with other staff sponsors, administration, and student leaders.
Qualifications:
Current certified staff member at McCluer High School.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Compensation:
Stipend provided per district guidelines for extracurricular sponsorship.
