You will harness Individual Career Academic Plans (ICAPs) to help students visualize their futures, lead rigorous workshops in WICOR skills (Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading), and manage the enrollment pipeline for the upcoming school year at STLCC. You will collaborate with a team of fellow instructors to ensure our scholars are not just "eligible" for college, but "prepared" for its rigor.
