Role Summary
As an ECSE Behavior Analyst, you will provide expert behavioral support for students with diverse developmental needs in our Early Childhood Special Education classrooms. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide real-time coaching to teachers and assistants. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that social-emotional learning and positive behavioral supports are woven into the fabric of the preschool day.

- Certified Professional: Valid Missouri Teaching Certification in Special Education (or related field) AND professional certification/training in behavior analysis.
- Specialized Expertise: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred; or significant experience and coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Early Childhood Specialist: You understand that "behavioral intervention" for a preschooler must be play-based, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate.
