We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor - Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress tracking
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction teams and verify work aligns with design specifications
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs and performing construction estimating as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and safety records
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations; enforce OSHA standards rigorously
- Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, address issues promptly, and motivate staff toward shared goals
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site supervision with proven management capabilities
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles including scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Familiarity with pipeline projects or large infrastructure developments is a plus
- Ability to operate tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and quality control assessments
- Excellent supervision skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices in construction site safety protocols
- Experience managing project timelines using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
