The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our Engineering division. The Administrative Assistant will organize Lunch & Learns, manage supply inventory, assist with project tasks, and handle diverse administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant role requires multitasking, independence, and time management. The Administrative Assistant should be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and have experience with a variety of office software. The Administrative Assistant will be a champion and leader of our company’s core values while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.
Some responsibilities include:
- Efficiently managing and submitting accurate expense reports for multiple team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining receipts & records
- Spearheading the onboarding processes and mentor programs & organizing office space for all new hires in Engineering
- Generating and delivering accurate and timely reports for directors and project managers as requested
- Maintaining professional license registrations
- Collating and distributing mail Sending correspondence and packages via Fed-Ex and USPS
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a proficiency in organizational skills and time management
- Effective oral and written communication with a strong suit in interpersonal skills
- Six (6) months of administrative/office experience
