Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Answer and direct calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer service support to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proofread materials for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support office management activities to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in clerical roles or office management is preferred.
