Role Summary
As the Replenishment Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for developing accurate SKU-level forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless replenishment and customer operations through our supply chain. This position supports cross-functional partners—including merchandising, supply chain, purchasing, and customer operations—through robust reporting, data mining, trend analysis, and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced B2B setting.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Develop, update, and maintain weekly SKU-level demand forecasts leveraging historical sales, seasonality, promotional activity, and market trends
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to support planning, purchasing, and assortment strategies
- Monitor forecast accuracy and propose corrective actions
- Support S&OP processes and cross-functional planning meetings through data preparation and forecast communication
- Manage and organize inventory, replenishment, and purchasing data to support decision-making
- Monitor inventory levels and flag risks such as stockouts or overstocks
- Maintain weekly replenishment and purchasing files with accurate demand and vendor updates
- Update systems with customer-driven changes (promotions, item adds/deletes, displays)
- Review special orders for accuracy and escalate issues as needed
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on forecasts, inventory performance, and replenishment metrics
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to support leadership and supply chain initiatives
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity across reports, planning tools, and SKU attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or replenishment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail or consumer goods highly desirable
- Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle experience a plus
