At Fello, we champion the rights of people with disabilities and invest in what matters most: real opportunities, strong relationships, and inclusive, equitable communities. We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated.

The Lead Behavioral Health Clinician provides leadership and coaching to an assigned team of Behavioral Health Licensed Clinicians and manages the operations of one or more Behavioral Health Counseling Suites. This position is a hybrid role, with 60% clinical and 40% leadership responsibilities. As a licensed clinician, the Lead Behavioral Health Clinician partners with persons served and their interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, monitor, and revise behavioral support plans and provide mental health counseling to an assigned group of people with disabilities. They are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and have knowledge of outcome systems. The successful candidate demonstrates a deep understanding and passion for person centered planning and self-direction for people with disabilities, with the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations with little direction, running toward problems without being asked with a solutions-oriented approach. They possess the ability to remain flexible, calm under pressure, and adaptive, with experience working across cultural, geographic, and programmatic lines to positively support persons served. They have excellent oral and written communications and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage positive communication in difficult situations and provide candid and constructive feedback.

This position requires a master's degree in social work, psychology, or another related field and a LCPC or LCSW-C.
