Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) Fully Licensed- Full Time

We seek a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our clinical team. We are a growing outpatient behavioral health practice with two office locations in Bountiful and Farmington with more options to grow. Our therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults and provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Sessions are provided both in person and via telehealth. We welcome all applicants interested in full time or part time positions.

Job Specifics: Full-time, 25-30 Sessions/Week Expectation.

Position Requirements

• Perform mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and track treatment progress
• Conduct 25-30 patient sessions per week (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships
• Experienced in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, youth and families
• Experienced in crisis management and stabilization
• Experienced in completing case documentation with related reports
• Incorporating evidence-based outcome measures to monitor therapy effectiveness
• Attend weekly (in-person/virtual) clinical staff case consultation
• Collaborate with FBH medication providers and clinical team
• Participate in Lifespan Integration training and incorporate the model into practice
• Comply with professional ethics, agency policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
• Current or pending licensure as LCSW, LMFT, and CMHC
• Effective provision of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities
• Successfully meeting key performance goals for measuring treatment effectiveness
• Successfully passed background check
