Duties
- Upload and publish pre-produced videos to YouTube following established steps and templates.
- Add titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails using our internal guidelines.
- Promote uploaded videos across simple digital channels based on pre-written instructions.
- Monitor basic performance indicators (views, comments, reach) and report results.
- Follow a straightforward content calendar to ensure on-time posting.
- Maintain accurate internal logs of published videos and promotional actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency of tone, format, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and read Spanish fluently, as all content and communication are in Spanish.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Familiarity with YouTube or social media platforms is helpful but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to stay organized, meet posting schedules, and work independently within a structured workflow.
- Strong attention to detail when entering titles, tags, and descriptions.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle a simple repetitive workflow efficiently.
