The individual will maintain proactive communication with clients, provide training for self-service capabilities, and share insights that drive process improvements across the department. This role requires strong relationship management, attention to detail, and the ability to identify opportunities for escalation or new business.ResponsibilitiesRespond to client and internal inquiries promptly, providing status updates and escalating issues as needed.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client requests and deliverables efficiently.Analyze inquiry trends to identify training opportunities or process automation improvements.Conduct regular client meetings to review pending items and provide updates.Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and coordinate follow-ups with managers and peers.Communicate product enhancements and conduct client training sessions.Share client insights with peers and management to detect themes and improve service delivery.Adhere to firm policies and best practices, ensuring risk controls and data security.Participate in firm-wide events and maintain awareness of organizational updates.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Language skills appropriate to client relationships supported.
