Responsibilities
- Greet Customers and assess their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle that suit their needs.
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
- Building long term relationships with our customer base.
- Generating referrals from customers
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance

- Industry leading pay plan with earning potential between $75,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Demo Program for qualifying Sales Associates
- 5-day work week
Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly self motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
