Used Car Sales Professional – Gordon Chevrolet

We’re growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Used Car Sales Professional who can step in, make an immediate impact, and contribute to an already high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and conduct a thorough needs assessment
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process with a consultative approach
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value
- Confidently handle objections and close deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Follow up with customers using CRM tools to drive repeat and referral business
- Stay current on inventory, market trends, and product knowledge
- Complete required GM training and work closely with sales leadership to achieve goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive sales experience (preferred—used car experience a plus)
- A professional who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday (until 3 PM)
- Team-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to succeed
