Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Key Responsibilities: Hours are M-F 8a-5p.

• Review and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
• Verify information for completeness and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure data integrity
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and government agencies to resolve title issues
• Prepare and submit title applications and related paperwork in a timely manner
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in title documentation
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting vehicle titles and registrations
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus
• Proven experience in title processing, automotive administration, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of state and federal vehicle title laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
