Description

Job Title: Car Dealership Service Business Development Center Agent $18.00 - $22.00/ hr.

Job Type: Full or Part-time. Must be available between the following hours; Monday & Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and one Saturday a month.

Location: Wixom, MI

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Business Development Center Agent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Schedule service appointments for customers and ensure that they are promptly attended to
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their service needs have been met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
