We have a great service team in place, and we’re adding a manager to help take our department to the next level. This is a new opportunity to strengthen our team—we are not replacing anyone.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can coach, develop employees, strengthen processes, and drive results while delivering an excellent customer experience.
You may already be a Service Manager—or an Assistant Service Manager or Team Lead ready to grow into your next leadership role. Your experience, ambition, and ability to bring out the best in others matter to us.

What We’re Looking For
- General Motors dealership service experience required.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Experience reviewing and closing service repair orders accurately, with complete documentation and compliance with GM warranty guidelines.
- A strong coach who builds confidence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction, efficient workflow, and department growth.
What you’ll do:
- Work alongside our existing leadership and service team to strengthen daily operations.
- Coach and develop employees through clear expectations and consistent support.
- Oversee repair order accuracy, documentation, and timely closing.
- Help ensure warranty processes meet GM requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and department performance.
- Partner with dealership leadership to help our team reach the next level.
