Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Automotive Sales ( at least 1 year ) Consultant located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to assess their needs and guide them through the car-buying process. Responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, conducting product presentations, providing consultations, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The Consultant will also maintain an in-depth understanding of the automotive products available, including features and pricing options, to aid in the sales process.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills
- Knowledge and experience in the Automotive industry
- Proven sales experience and ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in sales systems and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
