Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers across all departments
- Translate and clearly communicate vehicle information, repair recommendations, and purchase details
- Assist customers throughout the entire dealership journey — from arrival to delivery
- Support service advisors with Spanish-speaking customers during write-ups and approvals
- Explain repair orders, recommendations, and timelines in Spanish
- Assist body shop with estimate communication and status updates
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist sales consultants with Spanish-speaking customers during the sales process
- Help explain pricing, financing, features, and delivery details
- Support internet leads, inbound calls, and appointment setting for Spanish-speaking prospects
- Handle Spanish-speaking inbound calls and digital leads
- Assist with documentation, forms, and delivery paperwork
- Support CSI follow-up and retention efforts for Spanish-speaking customers
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple departments
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
