Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer II to join our dynamic marketing team at Feldco Home Renewal. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop high-quality visual assets that support and elevate our overall marketing strategy. You'll lead projects from concept through execution, producing impactful designs across digital, print, out-of-home, and social media channels, as well as other design-driven media.

Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager, this position functions as part of an internal agency and plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. While this role does not include direct people management, it carries a strong leadership component through creative ownership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll help set design standards, influence creative direction, and elevate the quality of work across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design execution of creative assets across digital (including website), print, out-of-home, and social media channels.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Drive creative concepts from ideation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior members of the marketing team and interns.
• Act as a creative resource and subject-matter expert, helping uphold and evolve brand standards.
• Review design work and contribute to creative critiques to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Confidently present creative concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to internal partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Digital Space: The knowledge and ability to design within a digitally driven framework.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including digital and print work.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming creative challenges and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
• Creative Communication: The ability to brainstorm, concept, and communicate fresh, interesting approaches to creative design.
