Essential Functions

- Enter purchase orders into the inventory system and online platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain purchase order records, including: o Past Due PO Review/Cleanup
- Unconfirmed PO Review/Cleanup oStolen Parts Process
- AGCO Returns Processing, ensuring timely credits and accurate tracking.
- Support inventory management activities, including: o Data entry for new items
- Adjustments oProduction tickets
- Physical cycle counts (occasionally conducted in the warehouse)
- Serve on phone rotation, taking assigned shifts as the first line of contact for incoming calls.
- DetailOriented: Consistently accurate in data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Organized: Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain orderly purchasing files.
- Supportive Team Player: Willingness to assist where needed to keep purchasing operations running smoothly.
- Clear Communicator: Capable of relaying information in a professional and approachable manner.
- Technically Proficient: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and office software for routine tasks.

- Knowledge of basic purchasing procedures or office workflows.
