Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and bake biscuits from scratch according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent product quality, texture, flavor, and appearance
- Manage daily production schedules to meet volume demands
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate ordering needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist in testing and refining recipes as the concept evolves
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service
- 2 years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)
- Experience with high-volume production environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and ingredient functionality
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency
- Must have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card)
- Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Experience with biscuits, bread, or quick-service restaurant concepts
- Culinary or pastry training (formal or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience opening or scaling a new food concept
