Job Description:
The Walker's Famous - Breakfast All Day Team Member is a non-tip position and one of the first faces our customers see when they walk through the food court. You set the tone for every guest's experience, making this a crucial role for someone who is friendly, helpful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and Competencies:
- Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude while taking their orders accurately.
- Handling cash and payment transactions properly, following all cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare delicious breakfast items and other menu items with care and attention to detail.
- Assist in resolving any service or food-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Work together with fellow team members and management to create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure a clean, safe work and dining environment.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast, fun, and friendly service.
