Executive Summary

This is not a traditional ServiceNow developer position. The role is essentially a ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Change Governance Lead / Unauthorized Change Detection Program Manager responsible for building and operating an enterprise-wide control framework that identifies unauthorized system changes across infrastructure, applications, databases, and mainframe environments.

The successful candidate will need a combination of:

• ServiceNow Platform expertise

• ITIL Change Enablement knowledge

• Event Management / ITOM experience

• Security and compliance mindset

• Financial services governance experience

• Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills

• Automation and workflow design capabilities
