Introduction:
As a ServiceNow Software Engineer IV, you will play a crucial role in our team by developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to support our organization''''''''''''''''s IT operations. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow Change Management, ITOM, CMDB, and other related functionalities to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize ServiceNow Change Management and ITOM modules to meet the organization''''''''''''''''s requirements.
- Manage and maintain CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub configurations for accurate and up-to-date IT asset information.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform business analysis to design and develop ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls are integrated into ServiceNow solutions to meet security and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and API integrations for seamless integration with other systems and applications.
- Implement event management and unauthorized change detection mechanisms to proactively identify and address IT incidents.
- Provide support for ITIL processes and best practices, including Change Enablement and Configuration Management.
- Work on projects related to stakeholder management, financial services, and banking to support the organization''''''''''''''''s strategic goals.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management and ITOM.
- Proficiency in CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 principles and Change Enablement processes.
- Expertise in event management and unauthorized change detection.
- Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and risk controls.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and API integrations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tripwire and mainframe technologies (DB2, Enterprise Batch Processing).
- Background in banking or financial services industry.
- ITIL 4, ServiceNow CIS/CAD, CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
