Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead and support staff development, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program quality and community engagement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and enrollment to meet organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for children.
- Monitor program outcomes and continuously seek improvements.
- Promote a culture of excellence aligned with FELS' mission and values.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in early childhood education administration or management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with budgeting and strategic planning.
- Associates degree, or better, in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field
- Prior university or higher education experience is advantageous.
