Federated Hermes is seeking a Product Information Associate to play a pivotal role within our Product Information Group. In this position, you’ll be at the center of delivering high-quality, accurate product and firm information to global distribution teams, clients, and prospects – helping drive confidence in our investment capabilities.
You will partner with subject matter experts to complete DDQs, maintain consultant databases, and manage ad‑hoc requests, while also contributing to workflow improvements, automation, AI initiatives, and broader Product Information Group activities as you build core investment product and firm knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather information, clarify client inquiries, and support content development.
- Draft clear, compliant written responses for review by investment, product, and sales teams.
- Follow defined proposal, review, and compliance processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Use established data-entry processes, data transformation templates, and automation tools to help populate third-party consultant databases (e.g. eVestment, Callan, Morningstar) with accurate data.
- Contribute to workflow improvements, automation efforts, and broader Product Information Group initiatives while building product and firm knowledge.

The Expertise We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, Marketing, English or other related degree required; FINRA SIE preferred.
- Basic understanding of the investment management industry
- Demonstrate an interest of the application of technology in business processes, including AI and other software to enhance workflow
- Experience with deadline driven work
- Exposure to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), request for proposal (RFPs) or similar client-facing information requests preferred.
- General experience or internship in investment management, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with commonly used product information such as performance summaries, holdings, overviews and basic portfolio characteristics preferred.
- Experience with Responsive, PowerBI, and advanced Excel techniques preferred.
