We are currently seeking a driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting to join our team. Utilizing your prior full-life cycle recruiting experience and a knack for building relationships and identifying talent, you will partner with management across the organization to identify and hire top talent. Qualifications needed include:

• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and relevant professional and/or military experience may be considered
• At least 3 years’ recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws
• Ability to integrate HR/Business and recruiting practices
• Interest in building early career talent pipelines and relationships a plus

This position works a hybrid arrangement which includes the ability to work in our downtown Pittsburgh and/or Warrendale locations as well as remotely.
