Federated Hermes is seeking an experienced and inspiring Manager, Client Engagement Center to lead a high‑performing team of Internal Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for coaching, team development, and driving sales excellence.
As the Manager, you will guide and support your team in achieving sales goals, expanding assets, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll work collaboratively with internal partners and build strong relationships with external sales consultants, regional managers, advisors, and clients to ensure seamless engagement and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Internal Sales Consultants to achieve performance and sales goals
- Partner closely with stakeholders to grow sales and assets across assigned territories
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with external sales consultants, advisors, regional managers, and clients
- Create a positive, collaborative, and results‑driven team environment
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor degree, knowledge of financial markets and financial services investment products, mutual fund investment techniques and terminology. Prior sales and management experience preferred. Must possess/obtain FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24.
