What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Dental Sterilization Technician position at Federal Way Dental Excellence?
Responsibilities
- Operatory turn-over and instrument sterilization
- Maintain and organize the sterilization areas
- Knowledge of sterilization logging requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments and equipment
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Keep dental rooms clean and well-stocked
- Dental supply ordering
- Dental assistant duties as needed: digital x-rays, intra-oral photos, assist during procedures 4-handed dentistry, undertake lab tasks as instructed, provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- CDA/RDA License Required
- Current CPR certification

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
