FMP is seeking a short term (2 month) full time role supporting one of our clients. The position is remote and has potential to extend if the work is successful.
Task for Human Resources Specialist (HR Information Systems) Support
- Support Implementation Projects
Support the execution and delivery of new HR systems, applications, and ServiceNow HRSD modules (askHR), ensuring successful rollout and adoption. - Maintain and Optimize HR Applications
Perform ongoing operations and maintenance for HR platforms such as HR4Me, LEAP, LEAP-EX, and ServiceNow HRSD (askHR), ensuring reliability and performance. - Collaborate on Data Initiatives
Actively contribute to the client's enterprise human capital data warehouse (EHCR) Working Group, providing insights and technical expertise. - Support Security Compliance
Develop and maintain security documentation for HR applications and engage with security teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. - Conduct Testing and Quality Assurance
Perform internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR applications and ServiceNow HR services to validate functionality and user experience. - Serve as HR Systems Advisor
Provide expert guidance on HR software applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Recommend Automation Solutions
Deliver strategic recommendations and assist in defining requirements for automated systems and management information tools that enhance HR programs. - Design System Enhancements
Apply IT expertise to automate HR processes and support the development of detailed requirements and specifications for system development and upgrades. - Provide Technical Deployment Support
Support the implementation of HR automated systems, leveraging knowledge of HR functions, system hardware, and software applications. - Promote Strategic Initiatives
Utilize marketing and training experience to drive adoption of HR systems and support organizational change management efforts. - Engage Stakeholders Effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. - Deliver Informative Briefings
Prepare and present impactful briefings on HR systems, new capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep management and users informed.
- Candidates are expected to have expert knowledge of the administration of HR Information Systems.
- The contractor shall have experience with federal human resources terminology, regulations, operations, procedures, requirements, and practices.
- The contractor shall have experience with workflow and process automation systems and technology to include (ServiceNow, Micropact, Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
