Serving as a Facility Operations Specialist (Project Manager) GS-1640-11/12 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. The primary purpose of this position is to provide project management services and complete construction and renovation projects for law enforcement training venues, as well as law enforcement training support facilities. Specialized Experience:
You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Continually handles objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally may lift and carry items that weigh about 50 pounds.
Work Environment: In addition to the work and duties that involve regular and recurring work on construction sites, work may be performed in an office setting. Construction site work requires use of appropriate protective clothing or gear such as safety glasses and shoes, ear protection, hard hats, and observance of appropriate safety precautions.
