About the Position
Fedelta Home Care is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Community Sales Liaison to join our growing team. This highly visible role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic referral partnerships throughout the Portland metropolitan area while driving brand awareness and business growth.

Compensation:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year, DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach and business development initiatives to achieve and exceed growth goals.
- Attend networking events, community outreach activities, and industry functions to expand referral partnerships and promote company services.
- Represent the organization professionally at community events, presentations, and marketing booths.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, senior living communities, care managers, wealth advisors, and other referral sources.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, relationship development, and analysis of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Partner with leadership to establish and support sales goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor sales and outreach performance metrics and recommend process improvements as needed.
- Utilize CRM systems to track outreach efforts, referral activity, lead management, and reporting.
- Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market conditions that may impact outreach and business development efforts.
- Support team collaboration by sharing industry insights, best practices, and effective relationship-building strategies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across various communication channels, including phone, email, and text messaging.
Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a customer service-focused approach when navigating complex or high-pressure situations. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute toward organizational goals is essential.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. Complex or escalated matters will be referred to the Director of Regional Partnerships.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare community relations, medical sales, home care, case management, or a related field required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to support strategic decision-making preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards preferred.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales performance metrics preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment and ongoing background checks.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation may be required for travel-related responsibilities.
Computer Skills
To perform this position successfully, candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications. Experience with records management systems and healthcare software platforms, such as WellSky Personal Care, is preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is also preferred.

This role requires regular local travel of up to 70% to attend partner meetings, networking events, community outreach activities, and public engagement opportunities. The position may require standing for extended periods at events or conventions, transporting promotional materials, and occasional evening or weekend availability to support business and community initiatives.
