CA Packaging is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Forklift Driver / Saw Operator to join our team. This hands-on position combines material handling, forklift operation, and cutting materials to specified sizes using a saw. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follows safety procedures, and takes pride in producing accurate, quality work.
What You'll Do
Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Operate a saw to cut materials according to specified measurements and work orders.
Measure materials and verify dimensions for accuracy.
Safely transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Inspect materials for damage and report quality concerns.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous forklift experience required.
Saw operation experience preferred; willingness to learn may be considered.
Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials as required.
