Graphic Designer

As our graphic designer, we encourage you to bring your enthusiasm for design to shape and build compelling designs that align with our brand identity & storytelling across all platforms and innovative hospitality brands.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital and print assets that ladder up to brand standards & storytelling, including but not limited to:
- Social media graphics
- Email templates and campaigns
- Web banners and landing pages
- Marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage)
- Packaging and labeling
- Internal documents and presentations
- Maintaining a brand/imagery standard for projects
- Effectively communicate with team members throughout designs/photoshoots, edits, and revisions
- Retouching and manipulating images
- Collaborating with the Creative Director and Marketing team to develop design collateral
- Preparing files for digital/print solutions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback quickly
- Self-starter who takes initiative on projects
- Ability to create and make revisions with tight deadlines
- Ability in both written and verbal communication
- Able to develop ideas & processes and clearly express them through design
- Strong layout, typography and color theory skills
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator – XD & Cava a plus
- A team player with a proactive mindset & good communication skills
- Compelling portfolio showcasing a range of work
Experience and/or Education
- 4 years of design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency
- Knowledge and experience in photography a plus
- Experience working across multiple brands or product lines
