The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating the best possible customer experience by clearly understanding customer needs; advising customers on products to best serve their needs; processing orders accurately and timely; and handling all interactions with customers in a productive and professional manner.

- Interact with all customers and sales representatives whether in-person, over the phone, or via email in a professional manner. Always present yourself in a cheerful and enthusiastic way, communicating effectively with all personality types and maintaining a calm demeanor when working through problems with unhappy customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of concrete, masonry, and landscape supply products including, but not limited to, mortar, brick, block, stone, pavers, sand, gravel, mulch, and related building materials to effectively assist customers with product selection and application recommendations.
- Understand product specifications, uses, quantities, and compatibility to help customers determine the best materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain knowledge and skills in using various types of order processing and payment systems. Use all systems effectively and accurately.
- Utilize NetSuite software daily for order entry, customer account management, inventory review, invoicing, reporting, tracking deliveries, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functions and workflows to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service excellence.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail in pricing, quantities, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
- Be an effective team member by setting a proper example, fulfilling responsibilities, keeping commitments to others, communicating effectively, and building teamwork within the group.
- Perform consistently to the established procedures and policies for the company.
- Maintain effective reporting of area metrics to assist continuous improvement activities.
