- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- Provide a warm, polished, and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment
- Operate the POS system (Clover) and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with daily prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Professional, positive, and confident communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler’s Permit required
- English required; Korean is a plus
