Favorite Coffee Museum is coming to Cypress, CA! We’re passionate about serving high-quality coffee and creating a warm, inviting space for our communities. We pride ourselves on great customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and handle payments by operating POS systems such as Clover to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, equipment, and seating areas
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, keep lines moving smoothly, and deliver excellent customer service during peak hours.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
✅ Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation standards in a café or food service setting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler’s Permit (if required by local regulations)
- English is a Must, Korean is a plus!
