About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Favored Creators (FC) team. This role is focused on creator operations, documentation, scheduling, and tracking - helping ensure creators are supported and internal systems stay organized. The role will give you an opportunity to learn how the creator economy and social commerce works from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Track, manage and report on creator invoices, commissions, payments, earnings, campaigns, etc.
- Support creator client content scheduling and posting
- Maintain the FC content calendar, including helping automate workflows
- Assist with managed creator email communications
- Draft and organize briefs for creators and brand campaigns
- Assist in administering creator and brand contracts
- Assist in drafting and sending weekly newsletters
