What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Creator Campaign Operations position at Favored?

Due to our fast growth, we are looking for a talented exec to lead execution of our TikTok Shop creator campaigns. You will be managing a team delivering a vital service provided by Favored to our brand clients, constantly interacting with clients, creators, Favored executives and your team.
Favored was recently awarded TikTok Shop “Partner of the Year” -- so you will be joining a successful team of dedicated entrepreneurs.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, including affiliate program integration and best practices
- Lead and manage a team executing a high volume of TikTok Shop creator campaigns
- Work with senior executives to create winning, innovative campaign strategies
- Responsible for ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and performance
- Manage team workload effectively based on capabilities, priorities and timelines
- Handle and problem-solve team challenges
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new tools, workflows, and strategies
- Train, mentor, and upskill team members
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
- Support individual career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in creator commerce, influencer marketing, or marketing campaign operations
- At least 2 years managing a team
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fit with our collaborative, empathetic, apolitical culture
- Ability to communicate persuasively, oral and written, with clients, Favored executives
- Understanding of how creator affiliates operate, communicate and generate sales
- Not Required but a Plus: Familiarity with TikTok Shop
- Resourceful and spotting and engaging creators with potential to generate sales
- Enjoy partnering with, guiding and mentoring creators
- Respect and appreciate creators’ talent and hard work
- Immersed in TikTok’s features, trends, practices and audience behavior
- Understanding of and interest in TikTok Shop and social commerce in general
- Excellent communicator, negotiator and problem-solver
- Able to absorb brand requirements and help creators understand them
- An eye for detail in reviewing creator videos against brand requirements
- An organized person who can keep creator video activity on track
- Full time with benefits, stock option eligibility.
- Must be local to either New York City or Los Angeles. The position in primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility as approved by your manager.
