We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and beauty-obsessed Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will support the management of client relationships and creator affiliate programs across several beauty brands. You’ll help bring creative campaigns to life, manage partner relationships, and ensure flawless coordination between internal teams and external partners. Candidates must have excellent communication, project management and organization skills.

About You:
- Are a “right brain/left brain” person who is highly motivated, fast learning and ready to join an agile and close-knit team!
- Have a passion for the evolving social and creator commerce space
- Have an understanding of social commerce and an interest in the emerging world of creator-led commerce, especially on TikTok Shop.
- Have experience supporting projects across multiple brands with an internal and external lens
- Are highly organized with ability to manage various tasks and different priorities across multiple brands
- Have an interest in and knowledge of beauty and cosmetics brands - a major plus!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets between internal and external teams for brand partnerships projects and affiliate campaigns
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met across all client accounts.
- Join weekly clients calls for campaign overview and notetaking
- Contribute ideas for partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and creative campaign concepts.
- Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging talent in the beauty space.
- Assist in developing strategy presentations, mood boards, and case studies.
Qualifications:
- College degree
- 5 years of relevant experience across marketing, affiliate/influencer marketing, working across multiple brands simultaneously

- Must be local to either New York City or Los Angeles. The position in primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility as approved by your manager.
