Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $42,000 - 47,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

Working as a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating guest tours and experiences in partnership with internal teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating cross functional resources, including scheduling subject matter experts (SMEs), executives, hosts, presenters and accommodations
- Planning and managing tour logistics, including meeting space coordination, room setup and teardown and attendee scheduling
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales Enablement to support guest experience program communications and awareness efforts
- Managing related expenses, catering and inventory of materials
- Supporting the scalability of the guest experience program through process development and expansion to additional facilities
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
- Possess at least 1 year of Fastenal work experience OR have 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, education, communications or administration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Previous experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and aligning multiple schedules to meet business objectives
