Working as Full-time Manufacturing Operations Administrator, you will support the daily operations of the facility located at 61 Barnes Industrial Park North, Wallingford, CT 06492. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing customer support to our branches
- Estimating production times
- Ordering materials
- Scheduling production
- Finding solutions to reduce waiting periods to improve business processes
- Update customer billing information
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
- Prior administrative work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Knowledge of Inside Sales/Customer Service principles and practices
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
