Position Overview

The Guest Experience & Corporate Security Partner serves as the frontline ambassador for Exact Sciences, ensuring an exceptional and safe experience for all internal and external personnel entering company premises. This hybrid role combines world-class customer service responsibilities with proactive corporate security oversight, playing a pivotal role in both hospitality and protection of people, property, and reputation.

This position is responsible for delivering premium guest experience services across campus buildings, managing security operations, supporting cross-functional projects, and executing crisis response efforts. The role requires a professional who is people-focused, highly organized, and capable of operating calmly under pressure in both service and security environments.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serves as point person, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise within the Lobby operations, resolve them or follow escalation procedures as required. Serve as key point-of-contact during scheduled shift and laboratory tours.
• Greets and checks in visitors, assists ACO with badging needs, answers phone calls, handles and transports mail, supports supply rounds, manages requests for information/assistance, and routes inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
• Performs financial and expense activities for bereavement flowers, office supplies, UPS shipments, business cards, and other front desk office support activities.
• Oversees patrol round schedule and develops and enforces communication protocols for multi-site coordination, including law enforcement.
• Serves as the overall site lead for emergency response in coordination with local emergency services and the GSOC.
• Collaborates with the security systems team and the GSOC to leverage security technologies to support operational effectiveness.
• Manages inspection schedules and ensures full compliance with life safety standards.

• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
• Ability to work designated schedule.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 30% of a typical working day.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for approximately 10% of a typical working day.
• Ability to grasp with both hands; pinch with thumb and forefinger; turn with hand/arm; reach above shoulder height.
• Ability to comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements.
• Ability to utilize all issued security-specific equipment, including issued self-defensive equipment and tools and participate in regular and ongoing training in proper use.
• Ability to walk or be in constant motion to respond to incidents, coordinate work, and interact with co-workers.
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift to perform rounds or respond to incidents.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 3 years of experience providing administrative or secretarial support in a corporate, professional services, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• 1 year of experience in a security environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Salary Range:

$52,000.00 - $86,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Marshfield on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
