Strong phone communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams are essential. Aerospace experience is a plus.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Strive to meet or exceed individual and company monthly sales (booking) goals.Place daily “cold” and “warm” calls to existing and prospective customers to promote sales.Maintain a minimum number of daily logged calls.Facilitate communication between customers and departments such as manufacturing, planning, and quality.Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure service satisfaction and build strong long-term relationships.Act as a liaison to support efficient internal and external communication within an aerospace manufacturing environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing industry; aerospace experience is a plus.Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience is a strong advantage.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify eligibility.Physical Requirements:Ability to manage light to moderate physical demands in an office and technical sales setting.Company DescriptionLocally Owned, Locally Operated.FasTemps was founded in 1997 in Ypsilanti, Michigan by Karl O and Tim H.
