Job Title: Aerospace EstimatorLocation: Corona, CASchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay: $20.00-25.00/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Estimator to join our growing team in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a professional with strong blueprint interpretation skills and a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes. The Estimator plays a critical role in supporting our customers and internal teams by developing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for complex aerospace components.If you enjoy working with technical drawings, collaborating across departments, and contributing to high-precision manufacturing programs, this position offers a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced aerospace environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer RFQs, technical data, and specifications to develop accurate aerospace cost estimates.Estimate labor, materials, tooling, machine time, and processing costs for aerospace component production.Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, schematics, GD&T, and technical drawings.Identify part dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, and required manufacturing processes.Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and sales teams to ensure estimates align with shop capabilities and capacity.Deliver complete and competitive estimates within required timelines.Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, assumptions, and revisions.Support continuous improvement initiatives for estimating accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with accuracy.Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, email, and estimating or ERP software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.High level of accuracy, organization, and commitment to quality.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.Familiarity with aerospace materials, tight tolerances, machining, fabrication, and finishing processes.Previous estimating or cost analysis experience.Understanding of AS9100 or aerospace quality systems (a plus).Company DescriptionLocally Owned, Locally Operated.FasTemps was founded in 1997 in Ypsilanti, Michigan by Karl O and Tim H.
