Program Director needed for a fulltime, onsite position in Andover, MA to work in education.
The Program Director will lead the strategic growth and daily operations of the client. This role is responsible for expanding program offerings, increasing student enrollment, strengthening employer partnerships, and securing funding through grants and proposals. The Director will oversee a team of to ensure compliance with funding requirements and program standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Leadership & Growth
o Develop and expand vocational programs, including evening offerings.
o Establish partnerships with employers and community organizations to enhance job placement opportunities.
o Drive enrollment growth and student success outcomes.
• Operations & Compliance
o Oversee daily operations, policies, and procedures across Andover and Chelsea sites.
o Ensure accurate student records, program documentation, and compliance with funding requirements.
o Manage program budgets and financial performance.
• Team Management
o Lead and support instructors, counselors, and staff (approx. 18 employees).
o Conduct hiring, training, and performance management.
o Foster a culture of excellence and student-centered service.
• Funding & Grants
o Write proposals and secure grants to support program expansion.
o Manage relationships with funding agencies Works.
o Align program outcomes with funding requirements (e.g., job placement metrics).
• Community Engagement
o Partner with local schools to support youth vocational pathways.
o Collaborate with employers to align training with workforce needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in vocational education, workforce development, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in grant writing and securing program funding.
• Proven ability to design and launch new programs.
• Experience managing staff and overseeing multi-site operations preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
