Position Summary
The People & Culture Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. This role ensures employee records, onboarding documentation, compliance tracking, and internal processes are accurate, efficient, and audit-ready.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiries, documentation, and system access.
Maintain and update employee records within HR systems.
Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation review.
Support preparation of employment letters, forms, and internal communications.
Coordinate badge access requests and system updates.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all onboarding documentation (I-9, E-Verify, employment forms) is complete and compliant.
Conduct routine audits of employee files for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain compliance-related trackers and documentation logs.
Support attendance-related documentation and timekeeping reconciliation.
Assist with separation paperwork and record retention requirements.
Process Efficiency & Reporting
Maintain headcount and onboarding trackers.
Reconcile data between HRIS, ATS, and workforce management systems.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce manual workflows.
Support leadership reporting related to headcount and compliance metrics.
Maintain updated versions of HR forms and SOPs.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2 years of administrative or HR support experience.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or high-volume environments preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
